Mervyn assists companies with the strategic development, protection and management of their patent portfolios. His experience ranges from patentability and infringement opinions to drafting patent applications in the software, environmental and mechanical arts. Mervyn counsels clients on the commercialization of intellectual property through licensing, distribution arrangements and sales. In addition, his practice includes intellectual property litigation before the Ontario and Federal courts, including the enforcement of IP agreements. Mervyn is licensed to practice law in Ontario and New York. He is a registered patent and trademark agent.
