Michael K. Radford

Before becoming associated with The Vrdolyak Law Group, LLC, Mr. Radford practiced over 30 years in general civil practice successfully representing both individuals and businesses in a wide variety of matters. His practice has emphasized litigation representing people who have suffered personal injuries. He has also spent a significant portion of his career working for insurance companies defending their insureds in such cases. He has first chair litigation experience in state and federal court, and he has appellate experience in the Tennessee Court of Appeals, the Tennessee Supreme Court and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. He also has experience in multi-district litigation in connection with complex pharmaceutical products liability litigation.

Mr. Radford obtained his law degree in 1987 with honors from the University of Tennessee where he served on the staff of the Tennessee Law Review. He has been licensed to practice law in the state of Tennessee since 1987. He has appeared in courts in Tennessee counties from Bristol to Memphis and is admitted to all of Tennessee’s federal district courts. He has based his practice in Nashville and the middle Tennessee area since 1988. He is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association.
