Paul Richardson

Attorney Paul Richardson is currently handling civil litigation matters in Cook and the surrounding counties. He has also practiced law in many counties throughout Central and Northern Illinois. Over the years, Paul has resolved numerous cases through settlements, arbitration hearings, bench trials, and jury verdicts. He has represented both defendants and plaintiffs.

Paul began his practice of law as a general practitioner. He handled a variety of cases from adoption, personal injury, real estate, and debt collections. Throughout his career, he worked for several law practices. Paul graduated from Western Michigan University Law School in 1996 on the Dean’s List. While in law school, Paul worked as a legislative intern for the Michigan House of Representatives. He also volunteered at Legal Aid of Central Michigan assisting clients with housing, restraining orders, divorce, and child custody matters. Paul was an active member of the St. Thomas More Society, Environmental Law Society, and Order of Marshalls. He also served as a volunteer in the U.S. Airforce Auxiliary-Civil Air Patrol-Battle Creek Squadron.

Paul serves or has served as a DuPage County Arbitrator since 1998. He continues his tradition of volunteer work through his service as an Auxiliarist in the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary. He resides in the southwest suburbs with his wife Dawn and his daughter Grace, who is currently attending college.
