Meet the Attorneys: Benjamin Kelly

Attorney Benjamin Kelly started at the Vrdolyak Law Group as a law clerk while attending John Marshall Law School. After receiving his Juris Doctorate, he was hired as a lawyer.

Attorney Kelly has successfully litigated a wide variety of cases in the areas of medical malpractice, nursing home violations, automobile accidents, and slip and fall cases. Additionally, he has litigated commercial cases for businesses and is licensed in both the Federal Court and the Bankruptcy Court.

Having tried well over 100 cases, Attorney Kelly has an impressive record of fighting insurance companies at trial. He is also accustomed to going above and beyond to hold those at fault accountable. One example is a case involving a catastrophic bus accident in Arkansas. Although the bus company had a limited policy, Attorney Kelly uncovered additional defendants who had significantly larger policies. This allowed him to get millions of dollars for his clients in this highly contested case.

Aside from being a lawyer, Attorney Kelly is an avid guitar player. He has played across the country, from Hollywood to New York and everywhere in between. Ben’s music has been used in a movie starring Rob Lowe, and he co-wrote an album released by Sony Records. Attorney Kelly also played guitar on the hit TV show, INXS Rockstar, in support of a bandmate who was auditioning.
