Vrdolyak Law Recovers Over $4 Million for Passenger Injured in a Train Accident

The Vrdolyak Law Group recovered more than $4 million for a passenger who injured their shoulder and spine in a train accident. Even though the injuries were severe enough to require surgery, the defendant hired doctors to testify that the plaintiff wasn’t really injured and could easily return to work. To combat this testimony, Vrdolyak Law Group spent tens of thousands of their own dollars to hire multiple experts who proved that the plaintiff was indeed injured severely and could not return to work. When the defense attorney offered a low-ball offer of $91,000, the Vrdolyak Law Group rejected it and took the case to trial. In the end, they convinced a jury to award the plaintiff over $4 million.
